If you are a returning customer, please fill out the form below to request an interpreter. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are a new customer, you must also download and fill out our Credit Account Form (PDF) and Customer Service Agreement (PDF). Both must be complete and faxed to us at 773-442-0619 or emailed to chsinterp@anixter.org.

Orders placed less than 2 business days (48 hours) before event will incur an emergency fee and travel charges.

Our interpreter services staff will reply to your submitted request by the next business day. If you do not receive a reply please contact us at chssinterp@anixter.org or 866-251-0220 to confirm that your request has been received.
